We are now offering a personal health plan to all of our new members!  A personal health plan is a cutting edge information program to help you reach your goals effectively by making permanent, lasting, positive changes in your overall health and fitness.  Our personal health plan also offers a one time $10 off a one hour personal training session, or $5 off a 1/2 hour session!
